About BJJ Slovakia

BJJ Slovakia is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club in Bratislava (Petržalka) built on training, community, and long-term growth. From the beginning, we did not want to create a place focused only on medals and results. We wanted to build a club where people enjoy coming, improving, and also relaxing from everyday life.

The club was founded in 2010. The founder is Ľubomír Repaský, a student of Nick Brooks (R.I.P.) and Roger Gracie, with training roots in London academies Mill Hill BJJ and Roger Gracie Academy.

Over the years, we have developed more than 10 black belts and new generations of athletes. We are not a club focused only on competition and results. We believe sport should first be a hobby, joy, and a way to relax, while keeping strong technical standards, toughness, and honest training.

At BJJ Slovakia, beginners and advanced students, kids and adults, hobby trainees and competitors train together. We build a community that stays together and improves step by step.
